Why do I have to register?

The content of Blackmores Professional website is intended for Health Professionals only and not for use by the general public. By registering with Blackmores you have access to our online health experts, detailed product information, up to date news and research.

How do I register?

To register, please complete and submit the short Registration form. Once you have successfully registered, you will be able to access all areas of the website immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.

I'm having problems registering. What should I do?

If you are having problems registering, check the following:
  • You have completed all the required information.
  • You have ticked the acceptance box at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

Do I need to login every time I want to use the website?

Provided you do not make any changes to your browser's cookie settings, you will not need to login every time you visit our website.

I've forgotten my password – what do I do?

If you have forgotten your username or password, we can email these details to you. Go to the Forgotten password page and enter the email address you supplied. We will then email your username and password to this address.

How do I subscribe to your newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter when you register to access this site. If you are already a Blackmores Professional member and you do not currently receive our newsletter you can subscribe at any time by logging in and clicking on the Update my details link (located in the welcome panel on the homepage).

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by following the instructions below:
  1. Access the latest e-newsletter you received from Blackmores Professional and scroll to the bottom of the main page.
  2. Go to the "Unsubscribe" heading and click on >>click here
  3. Fill in your details to unsubscribe.
  4. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail informing you of your decision to unsubscribe.
  5. You can also click on the Update your details link at the bottom of each page then click on the Unsubscribe link on that page.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address at any time by logging in and clicking on the Update my details link (located in the welcome panel on the homepage), then click on the ‘Change password’ link on the menu (located on the left side of the page).

How do I change my password?

To change your password, ensure you are logged in, click on the Update my details link (located in the welcome panel on the homepage).

Why do I need to be logged in to change my details?

When ever you are able to update or change your details, you need to have logged in entering your email and current password.

This is done to protect your privacy and ensure your details can not be changed by any one else but you.

What are cookies and why do I need them?

Cookies are small text files a website can use to store information about a visitor, or recognise a repeat visitor to its site. Other functions of cookies include automatically keeping track of your login status, and remembering information like your name and email address so we can display information that is relevant to your needs.

Cookies are not programs that damage files on your PC.

How do I change my browser settings to accept cookies?

Internet Explorer 6.0:

  1. Go to the Tools menu
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Select the Privacy tab
  4. Check that your Privacy setting is on "High" or below.

Internet Explorer 5.0 and below:

  1. Go to the Tools menu
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Select the Security tab
  4. Click the "Custom Level" button
  5. Scroll down until you see "Cookies"
  6. Make sure both selections under "Cookies" are marked "enabled"

How do I enable cookies on Mozilla Firefox?

Mozilla Firefox 1.5:

  1. Go to the Tools menu
  2. Select Options...
  3. Select Security from the list on the top
  4. Select the Cookies tab
  5. Make sure that "Allow sites to set cookies" is checked
  6. Make sure that "Keep Cookies" is set to "until they expire"

Mozilla Firefox 1.0:

  1. Go to the Tools menu
  2. Select Options...
  3. Select Security from the list on the left
  4. Click the plus next to "Cookies" to display the options
  5. Make sure that "Allow sites to set cookies" is checked
  6. Make sure that "Keep Cookies" is set to "until they expire"

How do I enable cookies on Netscape Navigator?

Netscape Navigator 7.0:

  1. Go to the File menu
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Select Privacy & Security
  4. Select the Cookies category
  5. If Disable cookies is selected then select another option
  6. If Enable cookies based on privacy settings is selected, hit the View button
  7. Select a lower privacy setting

Netscape Navigator 6.0 and below:

  1. Go to the Edit menu
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Select Advanced
  4. Make sure the box marked "Accept all cookies" is checked
  5. Uncheck "Warn me before accepting cookies"
